Practical guide

Move your project without creating an account.

Your workspace is local to one browser and website address. Download a backup before moving or clearing data.

Export one app

In the editor, select Export backup. The file contains the current valid draft, the locally known version counter for its package identity, and any encrypted signing key saved for that project. The saved project is unchanged by exporting a draft.

Export your workspace

Save all open editor changes, then open Browser storage and select Export workspace backup. The file includes saved project configurations and encrypted keys. APK/AAB files and history are excluded: download any binaries you want to retain.

Restore on another browser

Import a project file from My apps, or a workspace file from Browser storage. Restored projects are added as new copies. Package names are preserved. Enter the original key password before creating an update.

Keep a second copy

Browsers can evict data, and private browsing is temporary. Request persistent storage if available, but keep backups outside the browser. Neither a local project nor a downloaded encrypted key can reveal a forgotten password.
